Loaf Return Policy?
Loaf.com offers a no-quibble return policy. Customers can request a return within 14 days of accepting their delivery. To initiate a return, customers need to call on 0203 141 8300 or visit loaf.com/returnmystuff. A Sales Return Number will be issued, which is important for the return process.
The item should be wrapped as securely as possible to ensure it arrives back at the warehouse in perfect condition. A returns label will be emailed by the carrier DPD, which needs to be printed out and stuck on top of the package. The package can then be taken to the nearest DPD Pickup Shop.
Once the item is returned, a full refund will be issued. If the full order is being returned, the original delivery costs will also be refunded. However, for biggish items like armchairs, single mattresses, larger coffee tables, and other biggish items, a £29 collection fee will be charged and the original delivery cost won't be reimbursed.
For teeny and small items like mugs, throws, candles, lamps, side tables, bed linen and other small squishy things, the return process is similar. The Sales Return Number should be written on the outside of the parcel to speed up the refund process.
For medium items like smaller coffee tables, footstools, mirrors and other medium-sized items, a collection from the customer's address can be arranged on a day that suits them from Monday to Friday.
This return policy ensures a hassle-free return experience for the customers.
